Henry Lee's Redfern

Really enjoyed my time here as the venue isn’t as obvious from the outside but once you enter it’s very nice. I like the open ceiling and the staff were very attentive. The drinks and food here were also great too. Would come back to try other drinks and foods.

So amazed by this place. Always been a skeptic of 'instagram' food, but everything here tastes as good, if not better, than it looks. Generous meal portions too. The semi-outdoor space is perfect for a sunny day. Would definitely come back!

Way too overrated in my experience. The only saving grace was the taro latte, but the food was so far below the quality expected for the price. This is the first and only time I have ever had soggy sourdough, which was overpowered by mushrooms to the point I could not finish it. Other dishes were average and could have been made at home. The restaurant decor looks like it was designed purely to lure in customers with aesthetics, shown by the number of people there just for the photo shoot.

Amazing place for breakfast! The menu has a huge variety and the food is delicious! Great coffee and great ambience :)

Had brunch here with some friends and our overall experience was excellent! The food, service and atmosphere was great. The portions were good and presentation was very pretty as well. Here are some photos of what we had! I’d have to say the miso butter salmon was our favourite amongst our table. 👍🏼✨

Service was quick, friendly and professional. Food options were very unique and creative. Food was very well presented and delicious. With the Vietnamese coffee maybe just have less condensed milk as it is over powering. Love the decor, clean, modern and rustic.

Great place to eat and hangout with friends

Delicious, colourful, tasty instagrammable food! Love the setting and decor. Redfern sure has changed a lot with a lot of these type of places popping up in random nooks. Will definitely be back to try the other items. This time we got the waffle fried chicken and croissant with crab and avo. So yum.. chicken was good, though it would have been nicer if it was hot - was bit room temp. Came on a Friday and it seemed to lack staff, not much service although the service we did receive was friendly. Cant wait to come back again..

Here is pretty place but not good quality food and bad service from assuming manager. We asked for tap water and after 15 minutes still didn't receive it when we asked manager again he shouted "Yes it's coming!". It was very warm so we needed to drink water but we waited a long time and water was warm not cold.

Great food and atmosphere. The mushroom chips is a must tried dish, crispy outside and so juicy inside, with a bit smoky flavour. Coffee are great too. Recommended!
