The food itself deserve 5 stars, absolutely delicious and came out in a timely manner. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food, so well done! My only comment regarding the service, my friend and I were consistently asked “are you okay?” During our meal. One time after starting our meal would have been sufficient. It was a little off putting to be asked this over 5 times during our meal. Just food for thought! But other than that would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

After having tried a variety of Mexican food all around Melbourne, this restaurant has probably come closest to being some of the best Ive had so far. The food was amazing, good portions, fresh and all so delicious. I requested a mango margarita but without alchohol and I just wanted more of that mango goodness. All in all, I had a great time and so did my company. Props to our amazing waitress, Vanessa. Such a great experience, will be back very soon!

Chill Service. Poor attention to customer needs. I feel like a ghost. Not a customer. Was 3 star. Changed I to 1. After I tried to get a refund. Pre food arriving.

At the Heidelberg venue. Tables not set up when we arrived 45mins after opening time. Online ordering via red QR code is not set for dietary requirements. I had to order with waiter and they can’t split the bill. Order was taken with staff member and dietarys were still incorrect - food was cold by the time it was sorted. They never cleared the tables before bringing the next course. I had to ask for the tables to be cleared. Water wasn’t refilled - had to ask. Ordinary experience at best. Margaritas were good - that’s about it.

The food is better than expected for the price, and overall I had a positive experience, but there were some shortcomings: - No split bills - There are too many tables for the space. I could not go to the restroom or attract a waiter without asking multiple other patrons to move. - Most of the staff were trainees, and this was obvious in a number of ways, including their general awkwardness and inability to understand Spanish pronunciation of items on their own menu. This does not reflect poorly on them, but rather the owners of the establishment for having a high staff turnover, and not providing pre-training. TL;DR: If they could offer split bills, make the space more accessible and retain staff, it could be a 5 star venue.

The food is amazing and the staff are really friendly and attentive. Came in for a quiet drink the first night and the nachos were so good I came back numerous times. I’ve taken my parents here, my brother and sister, everyone. We’ve all always been really happy with the food, the awesome drinks, and service. A big thank you to Daniel who waited on us, as well as the rest of the team for looking after us all. Cheers, Glenn
