Hannara Korean BBQ

Haven't tried their buffet meal as we always go here for fried chicken, seafood pancakes and seafood tofu soup. While the pancakes and fried chicken are good, it lacks consistency in flavor and size. Portion is getting smaller and smaller every time we go back. Seafood tofu soup is quite pricey for its size. Overall OK but not great.

Great Korean Bbq experience. We ordered the beef set and we enjoyed the taste of the meat so much. The serving was good enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. We also ordered the bibimbap and it didn't disappoint as well. The customer service was very good.

The manager was so sensitive, I didn’t understand payment for 2 years baby so I asked the manager. (I have 4yrs old kid as well, I understand to pay for her.) I came from Sydney (2month ago, I knew The Canberra price) but I never seen like this 😐 so I JUST asked her about this but she ignored me and she said you don’t know the Canberra price haha, so I felt bad, I was just asking but somehow she was very sensitive ,,,and also meat was so smelly and The restaurant had not much food, we cant call this buffet. I promised myself that I will never go again.

Great Korean BBQ experience! Has now changed to a buffet style which was really cheap!

Parking is very difficult especially on weekend. Some of the stove uses gas and some uses charcoal. Buffet of $39 is good value but due to Covid, they will bring the food to you rather than you get them yourself. Because of this, food come slow. Food quality is good. Staff friendiness is average.

First about the food... Entrees were spring rolls and few other stuffs, they were clearly the frozen ones from supermarkets and tasted just ok. Fried chicken was cold and soggy, kfc is way better. Very few mains considering the price, with one beef, chicken and pork curries with rice and noodles. The chilly pork curry out of the selection was good. The kimchi was overly fermented and was unpleasant. Desert was the cheapest possible vanilla ice cream, milfina from Aldi topped with the cheapest possible chocolate sauce and wafers. To top off the this below average food was the behavior of the staff. We called to book but they never told is buffet gets over at 9. We had a tough time with parking and got late. As we walked in and was told about the 9 pm deadline we told them about the parking trouble and the wait staff bluntly replied,"that's not my problem". Really! We had kids with us and we had no where else to go then so we stayed for the pathetic food. Not one waitress had a smile on their face either. Looked like they hated the place as much as we did. With 24$ burns club is way way better with their food and service. i would rate this ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Contratry to what other reviewers gave this place, this is by far one of the YUMMIEST, Mouth watering korean food I tasted. I wonder why others said its not good? Place has a good ambience to share food with your friends and love ones. All I can say is that this place is good! Good food, good location and good place to spend time with your friends and love ones sharing delicious food together. 👍👍👍

Worst Korean BBQ or buffet experience ever. The owner intended to feed the customer up with whatever is cheaper in the menu first such as fried chicken and some sort of corn cheese. The first run come with a seafood set for 4 octopus, which I didn't even like, and 2 prawn and I doubt any human would have much stomach for a second run. Using gas rather than firewood is not right for the price. Overall I am confident we can get the same thing in any other Korean restaurant for at least $30/p cheaper.

we had our sons 21st here and cant praise them enough food was great drinks brought out not long after ordered and the staff were attentive definatly would recommend

I had the moon festival all you can eat special on a Saturday. Food came out really fast, staff were friendly and easy to talk to despite how busy it was. Defiantly one of the best Korean places in Canberra. Food was really tasty and I will be looking for another excuse to go here. Some constructive criticisms though: I could not find a menu online, they should get one up ASAP as people want to know what you have and how much it costs, get your drink menu up as well. The drink menu has a lot of Soju's listed, but only a few were actually available.
