This is my local and usually have no complaints. But today I found a piece of plastic in my ground beef burrito. Initially thought it was bits of bone/cartilage and kept chewing until I realised it was plastic.

Had a horrible experience with this restaurant. An order of 2 Burrito bowls took more than 20 mins to prepare. Finally when I did get it and took it home, I found that it didn't have Guacamole in it. Worst part - I bought a Coke from the restaurant. It was only 7 months past its best before date!! The restaurant is definitely not on my go to list. Just horrible.

The lady on the counter gloria she is very rude even she don’t know how to serve customer she was not even polite no Thanku .

My food was really good but they forgot the guacamole that I paid for and so now I’m disappointed cause that’s what I was looking forward to

Im getting tired of the same black beans and rice in a soft tortilla.... Can you guys may offer something more traditional NO other place can make?.... Latin food as music have an amazing array of textures and flavours...lets start educate other cultures taste buds... Example ...lovely cakes and 100% COLOMBIAN ARABICA COFFEE?....

This is the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. They have the best meat and fries. You can even get a nacho fries which is my favorite dish from there. I would definitely recommend this place, it is literally the best.

Really good restaurant, I always come here, though tonight there was a ride person who served us. He was really rude and needs a MASSIVE attitude check. Definitely gonna leave a complaint. Other then that, it's a great restaurant.

I came in on the 1st of August and the customer service was amazing! I had an Employee called Keith at the register who was incredibly kind and also offered nice table service regarding my well-bring. I have never felt more welcome in a GYG restaurant, I was extremely impressed.
