Guzman y Gomez

ordered online; collected order; realised when I arrived home that order was incorrect and I didn't get everything I had paid for. Tried calling them - phone number advertised 3188 1715 goes through to some random person which is not Guzman Gomez. Too far to drive back to get correct order and can't even get in touch with them. Very frustrating experience.

This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks our order has been stuffed up. 3 times! I don’t even like chips I ordered nachos and once again I get chips with photos to prove it. Lovely people but seriously not happy with not getting what I paid for when it arrives while I’m working ..

Good coffee and great burritos! Only thing I hate is my name is unknown when I order it online...

Food was great. Counter service was quite abrupt and rude. The young lady seemed annoyed that I was asking her about an order instead of going to the order collection part which is right next to her. Told me quite abruptly that it was not ready. Waited abit and then it turns out that it actually was ready.

Not very busy. Ordered 2 takeaway coffees. Took over 20min. Not the first time it’s been this slow. Not coming back. Luckily Taco Bell opened closer and has better food and service.

I'm a regular here. In my opinion it's the best fast Mexican food money can buy!

Items are easily missed out of orders, staff are overworked and the meals served are cold.

Everytime i got something missing. Worst culinary team

Masks required at the moment. 2 employees including the girl that served me and one older management looking guy didnt have them over their nose despite signs up saying masks are mandatory. No point putting one on if you don't wear it correctly. Add to that there was no enforcement on waiting customers sat at the restaurant tables who didnt have a mask on at all.

Visited the place on a weekend, there was not even napkins available for the customers and the majority of the tables were dirty
