Grill'd

Rang up the Casuarine Grill'd as my burger was completely wrong. I ordered a Simon Says chicken burger on a panini bun with no onions or relish, upon opening the box I found that the burger was not in a panini bun and inside was onions and beef not sure what burger it was but it obviously was not mine. The staff lady who answered my call could hear me perfectly and was ready to take my order until I mentioned my order was wrong and then suddenly the line was a terrible line and she could not hear me. I tried call 3 times and tried every square inch of my house to try get a better line for them but they still couldn't hear me conveniently. I could hear them fine other than the loud bustling of the restaurant but the lady still struggled so I asked if I could speak to the manger, before passing the phone over I clearly heard 'Jacob can you speak to this lady she is being DIFFICULT'. In the end, after a very breif conversation with manager 'Jacob' he then magically could not hear me and just stopped talking, I could still hear the background noise. Disgusting service, would not recommend as prices are ridiculously high, the food is bang average and customer service is a disgrace.

Best burger joint in Darwin. Baa baa burger is the best for me.

Use to be a 3 star review, now a 1 star all because of staff. Food is good when youre lucky. Its ironic how the more empty the restaurant is, the more likely they will get your order wrong and treat you terribly. Most staff hate to be there and make their customers hate being there too. Please teach them how to smile.

Food is good if they get the order right- and staff ruin the vibe 9 times out of 10 by being disrespectful, passive aggressive, impatient, loudly complaining about customers, condescending, and reluctant to resolve any issues. This treatment makes me reluctant to go up and resolve mistakes in my order since most staff are stuck up and rude. The only amazing service I got while ordering was by likely the youngest employee, probably in highschool. Its disappointing honestly. Staff need a complete cleanse.

They ran out of buns so cut my sliders in half. Charged me full price for them. The sliders themselves is were all bun and no fillings. Not impressed. This was about a month ago now...

Was walking around cas looking for somewhere to eat, kept going back and fourth as we were looking for good prices and we got kicked out. Literally one dude there is like a male Karen

My partner ordered a top territory and they got his order COMPLETELY wrong, the burger that arrived was totally different and had so much spice he immediately began choking on the first bite and it even had ingredients that bother his stomach a lot. To top that all off when we told them it was the wrong burger and he couldnt even eat it, they tried to charge us extra to get our RIGHT burger!!! Then when they took out plates away they very specifically took our dip containers which we bought and were unopened, they werent even our plate, and it was unopened because we planned to take it home... but the waitor went out of his way to take it from us after he took the plates first. I'm 80% sure that was out of spite and I'm extremely disappointed that my partner was practically poisoned with the amount of pepper on that slump of a burger. Shame this is the only grill'd in Darwin.
