Great service. Had the new black crumb schnitzel. Delicious. Atmosphere was excellent. Worthwhile visit.

food was great although the music playing was way to loud and couldn't hear each other talking. ask the person on duty and he had said that it wasn't possible to turn the music down. I feel that employee who is in charge should be allowed to adjust music. I have a hearing problem and wasn't wearing my hearing aid, too me was too loud so unfortunately I will not be returning.

Chilled, friendly staff and great tasting burgers and chips. Very much in-line with the standard I've come to expect from Grilld.

Great burger and friendly staff. Did have an error with one burger not being put through. Spoke with staff who not only corrected the issue and had the fresh burger on our table within 2 mins. They apologised and refused to take the extra money for the mistake. Errors happen, it's how they are delta with that counts. Have had grilled many times before and thanks to the lovely and caring nature of the staff, will be having plenty more. Love the new store as well.

There's trouble with staffing during busy periods. You can queue to order, then wait ages for your drinks to come to you. When you can see the drinks already poured and going warm it's a bit frustrating. Many times we've ended up going up to get our own drinks

The burgers are excellent, and the orders are prepared in good time. Their take away packing has issues though as the burgers are unlabelled, so opening each packet is required to work out whose burger is whose.
