Waited 30 minutes for staff to completely ignore us whilst we tried to ask about our 7pm reservation. Staff either didn't know what to do when we asked about the reservation, or flat out ignored us. When we finally got a hold of a bartender, he said there was no reservation. He gave us an option to wait at least another 30 minutes for service - with no apology for their screw up and with an attitude. The entire time, staff ignored everyone waiting at the front, and were incredibly rude and unapologetic for their lack of organisation. Will not be returning or recommending in future.

Food is great and customer service is great too. On the flip side it is expensive.

Good menu range, relatively generous serving sizes, very prompt and friendly service, and nice decor. Would highly recommend their banana flower salad. Their pineapple fried rice and pad kee mao is good enough, but I would say Holy Basil does those two dishes better. Nevertheless, probably the best Thai place in the Blacktown area, at reasonable prices too!
