The best chicken & chip shop in Goulburn, and a must every time I’m in town. Besides the basics, it’s also great for roasts, burgers, and the locals tell me it even caters small functions as well. As you can see by the pics, it’s absolutely huge inside, so seating is never a problem either. Thoroughly recommend.

Everything is fresh. Loved the schnitzel burger.

Service is excellent staff are so friendly the food is so so (potatoes were deep fried not roasted) but the roast chicken was quite tasty

Rude customer service. Myself and 2 other people entered the store, one friend had purchased food from another location. Myself and the other friend approached the counter to place an order; the young lady behind the counter was extremely nice. However, as we were finalising our order, George (I believe was his name; appeared to be the owner or manager) was clapping his hands as he spoke rudely to my friend who had prepurchased food saying that he was not allowed to eat inside the store and had to leave. We told George that he was with us and we were purchasing food from his store, however he continued telling us that if he wanted to eat, he had to leave. All three of us left without purchasing as we do not support rude customer service. Having a policy is one thing and is understandable, but he did not approach it with any level of respect, formality or politeness.
