Good Thanks

Never been to good thanks. So, I was excited since my friends hyped it up. Would’ve liked this review to be about the food but after over an hour of waiting, we never got it. Staff never checked up on us to ask how we were going or if we were waiting on anything. They were sure quick to take our order at the beginning. Very disappointed in their service.

Disappointing customer service. Waited over an hour for our order that was never even put through. From the same bloke who also took ages to serve my friend at the bar; only noticing that she was standing there until after his conversation with his coworker. No checking in at the table to see if we would like anything else (on top of our table full of nothing). Good Thanks? No Thanks.

A cool little bar that serves delicious burgers and has very friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit!

Tried to call to make an order, was abruptly told to order online, so I ordered online (easy enough) specified NO tomato's (im allergic) drove all the way back to Berrmiah had two bites only to realise there's fat slices of tomato on there. Sick

From wonderful friendly staff, to food that packs a punch in the flavour department, to cocktails that will knock your socks off (in the best possible way) I cannot recommend this place highly enough, will definitely be coming back again and again while I'm in Darwin.

Great burgers are a great price, staff were friendly and service was impeccable, well done!

The place was pretty good. The burger definitely was good! Customer service was as good as it could be since there was only one person who was serving, taking orders, and manning the cashier. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're craving for a good burger.

Love a good burger bar and this place is worth way more than 5 stars! Definitly be back !!

Went with 4 friends tonight for my birthday dinner. Ordered our food and waited over an hour, just to find out our order has never been put through. We left and got food at Maccas instead. Would suggest the staff to check on customers who’s been sitting there for a while to make sure this doesn’t happen to again One extra star for all the Philly cheese subs I’ve had here in the past, won’t be rush back though.
