110 Hibberson Street Gungahlin 2912, Canberra
Great service, clean place, decent food and prices... Just extremely cold in there!
It’s ok I guess, maybe it’s because the food’s been catered to the Aussie appetites and I’m used to homemade flavors
Ordered from uber eats quite a large order over $100 worth. Found screws with tape on them within one of the dishes. Rung them up only to get denial and a stand over tactic. Have ordered from them previously and the food ranges from good to sub par. Definitely won't be returning but definitely will be taking it further.
Great service and food. Their dumplings are the best in Gungahlin
The sweet and sour fries chicken was amazing. It is hard to find places that do that dish and it is really well done here.
Ginger and Spice ticked almost all the right boxes. Great ambience, fantastic service, lot of niceties, including complimentary fortune cookies and wet towels. We ordered a sweet and sour pork, a ginger beef, and a hot and sour soup. I really wanted to like the ginger beef, which smelled incredible; without the sauce, the meat was rather bland, which I found disappointing. On the bright side, the hot and sour soup was delicious and the sweet and sour pork worked well. Overall, a deep menu that bodes well for my return because I'm sure to give a place like this another shot.
What an exciting find! I’ve lived in the area for 3 years now and walked past this restaurant countless times. Ventured in last Saturday for lunch and so glad I did!! (Apologies for the lack of photos - next time). My dining companion is fussy and she thoroughly enjoyed her meal. The lunchtime menu is extensive with has something for every taste with very generous portions. The service was very friendly. We enjoyed the 10 cup chicken (this is a signature sauce) and the ginger chicken and chilli with steamed rice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit (photos next time!!!!)
Food was very below average, probably one of the worst chinese restaurants in canberra. shantung chicken was old microwaved chicken with ingredients missing from the sauce. Tasted like they had only put black vinegar in and that's it. The Singapore noodles were inedible due to the huge amount of curry powder added. Nasi goreng was just fried rice with some chilli oil. Not nasi goreng at all. I have been here a few times but every time it gets worse. I will not go again and recommend people to stear clear unless they want to waste money.
Food is normally very good although this time the satay was SO SO oily and they forgot one item I ordered that I had to go back and ask for
Tasty and great variety of choices, the shun Tung chicken is really good. And the service is good. If you are looking for a place dine with your family, there will be a good place.
