Geographe Restaurant and Espresso Bar

We were planning on eating at the freycinet lodge restaurant, but couldn't get in, decided to grab a few pizza's instead, ordered 3 in total, managed to finish 2. As a testament to how much we loved all three, if we were to go back we'd order them all again because we just couldn't cut any of them, they're all damned delicious. In the end we're glad we missed out in fine dining, as it seems this place is better anyway.

We had some tasty pizzas and were promised to be told when we could order more food only to have the shock horror of the kitchen closing without us being informed. I can’t say any more. We could have given them a lot more business!

Enjoyed a very nice meal there on Friday night. Shared a very tasty wood fired seafood pizza and an excellent fish and chips. Locally brewed craft beer also on tap.

Completely disappointing. Unfortunate as the location is great and it could have been a lovely breakfast overlooking the water, however the south american girl that "served" us was unbelievably rude. She barked at us upon entry that the balcony was at full capacity, insisted that we drink our coffee from mugs to reduce waste (even though we planned to take away) and basically ignored us the whole time. Coffee was good. Two stars.

We had nice food and coffee here multiple times during our stay in Coles Bay and it was always pretty good. Coffees are better when you dine in. Order ahead for takeaway as it gets quite busy - it's one of the only places in town - and you may need to wait a long time. Be prepared.

Professional crew; superb meal (Mako) & wine list. Definately will return.

Really nice pizzas and wine, good service and excellent location.

I don't usually go round leaving reviews but this restaurant is worth making an exception for! The wood-fired pizza was absolutely divine. We had a Mother Clucker and Little Porker and would absolutely recommend them. We also had a bowl of chips that were some of the most delicious crunchy chips we've ever come across! The other great thing is this place has magnificent views of the Hazards at Freycinet National Park. It's a perfect place to see the rocks glowing over the calm bay at sunset. Too bad we are just passing through on holiday - we'd love to go back again and again!
