The go-to place in the inner west and western Sydney for good baklava. I’ve been going here for a few years now and found that their quality is far better than any other Turkish sweet place I’ve tried. My favourite is the double walnut baklava and the sobiyet. A good indicator is fresh baklava is the syrup that oozes out when one takes a bite. At Gaziantep it always oozes.

Such a nice place, it's clean and nicely decorated (feels like a little oasis in Auburn) and they have the best baklava. Nice to see vegan options on the menu and different kinds of tea available.
