Noodle noodle noodles !!!
Good food
Massive portions. The pan mee is delicious. We tried all 3 types. I liked the dry one the best.
We dined here on Saturday 4pm, the place was quiet, only two other tables occupied. You write your order on a sheet of paper then take it up to the counter and pay, the staff there was friendly. I really liked the hot sour soup pan mee, the spiciness was just right, enough to give the zing but not burning my tongue. My son really like the pork belly, the rice was nice too, sort of garlicky, love it. My daughter had the plum fried chicken with rice, that was good too, the sauce was really good, like honey but better. I paid using Liven and got a good deal using the care package.
Gem in the CBD. I went to this place on Sunday for my lunch. I ordered a menu item with rice. After couple of minutes a polite team member came to me and said it will take around 10 minutes for rice to cook. 10 minutes is not a long time in a restaurant. I ordered another bawl of dumplings and had it until the rice gets ready. Before I finish my dumplings the main order came. After the meal I went to the cashier to pay for extra dumplings I had,, The cashier said βyou already paid mateβ ππ. He has removed my extra order from the bill because the food was just 10 minutes late. Apart from this politeness I must say this is the best East Asian food I have ever ate. And the price was reasonably cheap too.
Love this place, their superior soup base is really good. A little bit on the pricy side for a bowl of noodle, but the quality is there. There are many alternatives noodle options here too, try their spicy soup base, that is great as well.
Good service, big enough. And the price is not expensive.
Wow. Just wow. Went here to have a meal by myself and was blown away. The hospitality the staff showed was second to none. This is Michelin level service and of surprise surprise Michelin level quality food. With each soup you can add a variety of toppings and/or ingredients. The balls with liquid fillings such as the fish and roe were fantastic. Really awesome melt in your mouth texture and flavour. If youβre a fan of noodle soups this is a must visit. Melbourne should be thankful for its opening!
Very friendly staff. Food is great. As authentic as you can get outside of Malaysia (For street hawker style / home cooked version). Great portion and serving size. Value for money. Highly recommended
We ordered the dry pan mee and also their signature noodle soup (non spicy) version. Would happily order the pan mee again. The soup was delicious (tip: order if with the rice wine), but the meat that came with the soup was pretty average, hence the deduction of 1 star
