Stayed one night at the lodge, beautiful place. located in the national park with nice view. room was spacious and clean. the restaurant and the bar were amazing, friendly staffs. loved the breakfast. would definitely go back

Great place to stay the night. Right in the park with easy access to nearby walking tracks. Seaview from the bathroom. Breakfast was good and service was great. Highly recommended.

Stayed in the Coastal Pavilion rooms @ $999 per night. Was quite disappointed, expected more for the price. Staff were adequate but weren't terribly enthusiastic. Dryer in the laundry was broken (had been for some time) and the ice machine in the hotel was also broken, so the simple request of asking for a bucket of ice to take back to our room was like pulling teeth. Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Definitely very over priced accommodation.

Lovely modern units with a quiet atmosphere. Mini bar is complimentary. Staff friendly and parking in abundance

Excellent service, staff impeccable, well knowledged, rooms excellent, dinner was exceptional quality and excellent service. Keep up the good work. First time stay and visit. Will be back again soon.

Dear Oh Dear. How do you get it so wrong? What a stunning location! How easily ruined by ignorant, inattentive and unhelpful staff. We were so looking forward to our stay. I’m sure that as a guest if you were without issue then your experience would hopefully be without complaint. However when we approached reception regarding the lengthy blackout and being unable to cook our planned dinner in a completely inadequately appointed “kitchenette”, (yes you do need to request, collect and carry a large tub full of kitchen items to your own cabin should you require them) we were surprisingly met with a “who cares -there’s the expensive, overpriced and underwhelming bistro which after 3 (yes 3!) requests we were offered a 25% discount. The back up generator had obviously failed to keep capacity power to the lodge. No offer of assistance was provided. We needed to request some form of lighting for which we were provided tea lights from the restaurant and a lighter, asked to be returned immediately in the pitch black dark. This was, and I quote another guests remarks here, “like pulling teeth”. I’ve never felt compelled to complain about accommodation before, but Nescafé coffee sachets??? Well if you want to be compared to a $70 a night motel then I’d probably rate your beds slightly better. But not the service. Oh and don’t try to get staff attention in the restaurant, they are actually zombies. When my husband ordered an earl grey tea her response was “so would you like an English breakfast tea or earl grey? 3 other guests also had to leave their tables to make a request of the staff, none of which were seen to. What a shambolic shame! For almost $500 a night I would’ve hoped the breakfast to be a little more improved than burnt croissants with a strange salad accompaniment and a tea bag. This establishment tries too hard to be pretentious and expensive when it’s standards don’t marry up.
