Interesting exhibitions, fantastic gigs and love the craft markets. Such an important part of Freo culture.
This was a great experience. I love the exhibitions by new artists!
Great concert experience. Very relaxed venue, no toilet queues, minimal food van queues.
What a beautiful place to enjoy Defying Gravity under the stars. A magical performance.
Serious talent at today's free Sunday concert. Beautiful location.
My Daughter took me for a meal at Canvas bistro and it was amazing.... I had some waffles with berries, pistachios and a dollop of double cream...the best...staff are welcoming and friendly. Meals are outside on tables under a canopy of trees and flowers in a secluded court yard. A really great spot.
Visited yesterday: lovely old atmospheric refurbished limestone building, plenty of areas of interest including show stages (nothing on when I was there), memento type shops, and of course the art exhibition which was albeit smallish but interesting and of a high standard with a variety of styles/ages/media. Coffee from cafe was nice, drunk in the pleasant courtyard area Highly recommended.
Love the place for its history and art exhibitions. Recommended for events and writers festivals. Just wish it was close to the rein station, although a lot of parking is available.
Great, laid-back venue for bands large and small. Surrounded by old stone walls, it feels like a country garden.
Great viewing for the Aboriginal Revealed Exhibition.
