50 Hunter St 2000, Sydney
Awesome bar with great music. One of the best places I've ever been
$3 drinks during happy hour every day, ends at 6 though.
Finally found a spot in the city that doesn't make me want to yank my hair out. Frankie's is an unassuming little spot in the CBD that you would easily pass if you didn't notice the flashing neon sign. If you're looking for a casual after work beer & a bite at a place where you don't have to yell at your neighbour, this might be a good place to start. The pizza is affordable but also very tasty, plenty of beer options, and the staff is surprisingly friendly and accommodating (our waiter kept bringing extra chairs from the back room as our group got bigger). I hear it's open late - not sure what that crowd/vibe might be like but definitely worth a look in the early hours of the evening.
Really great pizza. I think the grungy dive feel is actually pretty neat, but I'd encourage people to go when it's quiet (eg Sunday 6pm).
Great pizza and great staff, good venue for night owls
Musik is soooooo great. But beer is too expensive... some late night happy hour beer would make this place perfect 😉
Cool, funky place with secret rooms e.g. whiskey bar in the fire exit stairwell. Not many places to sit though
Nice pizza, bit of a wait as very busy, hard to get a table, traditional simple pizzas, nice flavour, good atmosphere.very popular. Lost a star due to long wait.
One of Sydney's most iconic places for spending time. The food, alcohol and lastly the experience- pictures of people all over the place. Memories and nostalgia everywhere along with classical music, still exists today. A gem in the midst of changing times
Amazing location and theme I love this place and will be going back soon
