Pretty expensive. Terrible value for money. Tasted OK. Fairly noisy inside too

Fonda Mexican, while frequently quite busy, is busy for a reason. The food is an interesting take on your traditional Mexican meals, but certainly holds up! The venue stylistically designed and consistent. I'll definitely be back.

Staff were friendly, the setting is open, busy and loud. The food is fairly average considering the price. Portion sizes were small with nothing that really stood out, everything was missing any kind of real flavour. Unable to cater for many food allergies. The Knox Ozone restaurant strip deserves a good Mexican place but this is unfortunately not the place. There are many, many better options out there - if you're after an authentic Mexican food experience use this as a last resort.

We have brought the team here a number of times for celebrations. Always friendly staff and good food. Love this place

Expensive for what it is.

Venue looks good. Service was acceptable. Not great but enough. Food is overpriced however. Grilled chicken burrito had a chipotle aioli. Didn't really taste like either, all it did was soak the dried chicken. Little short on the black beans too. Filled predominately with the shredded cabbage. The salad with fish was poor too. Was served like a deconstructed salad in a bowl then the fish ($5 extra) which looked not much better than the fish you'd get from a fillet o fish too was really dry. $20 for salad with "seafood"? Not entirely convinced. Chips were nice though, fresh and hot. And the only hot sauce they had was spicy and flavoursome almost home made type, but was required to assist our meals get some life to them.

Amazing. The Nachos were colourful, the chips were crispy and the Horchata was so good 😍 The waiters weren't very active when making an order and the drinks could have been slightly bigger in portion in my opinion but the pros overweigh the cons.

Accommodating staff and great variety on the menu

I ordered nachos, requested them to be vegan with a side of black beans. The price was $21 and I received a very small serve of nachos, with about a tablespoon of guacamole and the same of black beans. It tasted delicious but for the price I expected a little more food for the price.
