Googled best coffee in port adelaide and this place came up. Didn't disappoint! Also has great staff, lovely view and a very relaxed, cozy family friendly vibe. Great for single trip Great for couples Great for families Great for work meetings and catch up's!

Best café in Port Adelaide. Being built over the river gives patrons the best views east & west. A great spot to have a cake & coffee while reading a book or relaxing. The café offers breakfast & savoury food starting at around $10.00 and up to $25.00 per plate. Sweets & cakes are around $5.00 and more. Can get busy mid morning on the weekend so may pay to book a table. Staff are always friendly and the building can be hired for events.

What a view. Best breakfast place in Port Adelaide. Great vegetarian options and wheelchair accessible. Only negative is having to go up to the counter to order. Just needs some table service.

Fantastic coffee, service and ambience. Loved the retro and well thought out decor. Lovely spot on the water.

Not a great range of breakfast dishes unless you start adding extras, at which time it becomes expensive. Very limited juice available (no orange). Staff were doing a job only, not that friendly. A shame as it is a lovely location.

Lovely food and atmosphere.

I've studied here on multiple occasions. The staff are super, the food is delicious, and the only criticism I have is the view is too good. Watching the river makes keeping on task difficult! Folklore has such a wonderful, good feel to it. It's everything you want in a cafe and more.

Arrived at 1pm. Ordered food. Approx 10 people in the cafe. An hour later we calmly inquired why our food hadn't arrived. Waitress asks chef. Chef says we're next on the list. Ok, seemed to us they'd lost our order. Fifteen mins later chef brings our two omelettes and says in a stern voice, "there you go". Wow, an apology would have seemed more appropriate? We ate and left. Chef needs some communication skills. It seemed we became a burden to them no matter how calm and polite we remained. Won't go back.

Great spot with nice food. Make sure you book ahead through as it may run out of seats quickly, as well as allocate enough time as orders may take some time when busy. There is a nice playground around with plenty of covered benches and green spots for the kids.
