Sloppy as batter! Asked for over cooked chips. The chips were so soft even the tomato sauce wouldn't give it a hard on. You'd think for a bunch of NZers they would know how to cook FnC?! Kinas ain't fresh, they're frozen. If you need the New Zealand taste, go to Fish Depot Pimpama oooweeee Perrrrfection 👌🏾

Premises was grubby, very poor customer service, waited far too long for in-house service delivery, food lukewarm, chips left off 1 plate, reordered plate with chips , we finished the meal still no chips and chocolate milkshake, asked for refund of chips ..... against policy they said, after my re view to the manager got my money back. Won't be back or be giving any good further reviews.

If you look closer enough you will see an odd thing in the salad. Had to mention it to the cook. Because when you pay for food, the last thing you want to see is foreign objects hiding amongst the food you’re about to consume. Whilst the cook offered to replace it, I didn’t bother and simply pushed the salad to one side. The rest of the food was ok and the presentation is what it is. Overall, the service wasn’t good and we wouldn’t come back here again.
