The Fish Factory

First visit to Fish Factory, and when I first walked in I was not prepared for the smell. Didn't realise it was more than a takeaway... It's a fresh fish market, takeaway and restaurant! My favourite fish, King Fish was cooked to perfection and good portion. A perfect end to the day. I recommend this place

Got a mini fisherman's basket, wish more places in Brisbane did a fisherman's basket this size... Great serving size, priced much more reasonably than most places oversized "standard" fisherman's basket. Probably still to many chips for someone on a low carb diet but... 🤷🏽‍♂️ I'm not gonna complain. Was very well prepared and very tasty. Even included a tartare sauce... Most places make you pay extra for that. 👍

Be aware there is no hot food served until 10:00 am.

Very fresh seafood although a little pricey. Great for a special occasion. However I did purchase delicious chunks of Atlantic Salmon which were very economical. Recommended.

There all sort of really fresh fish market. There is a bistro next to it and try fresh fish and chips!

This is my local seafood supplier and over the years I have purchased from here many, many times. Over the last few years the quality has deteriorated considerably and on a number of occasions the prawns have gone off with 24 hours. On 2 other occasions, the packaged "fresh" sandcrab has been off. After the latest occurrence I emailed them to express my disappointment and haven't had the courtesy of a reply. I am now a former customer...

This is my seafood shop. I have been to so many places and they are all hit and miss. But this place is the freshest, with great variety every day. Staff are professional and very clean.
