We want it to be the case that everything we bring to the table, whether that be food, drink or service is done with a degree of wholesome, friendly, class and elegance. We aren’t claiming to be 100% healthy, organic, super-food-good-for-you but we are claiming that if you come to dine with us you aren’t doing yourself any harm. We are also making steps towards reducing waste and our environmental impact by using degradable bin liners and packaging (wherever possible) and removing as much single use plastic as we can such as straws and take away cutlery etc.
