Excellent Food & Service. Will come back again!

Extraction is now my go-to coffee spot. Their coffee is consistently amazing and they even make decaf taste good! Their food is also incredible, and the staff are all super lovely. Speedy service too, despite always being busy.

Did not realise this cafe was here. Visited today and throughly enjoyed the food and the staff were really friendly. Will come back again.

Overpriced for what they offer. Quality is acceptable but not worth the money. Do not take kids. Family of 4. Ordered Ham Steak & 2 Eggs+ Bacon, 2x poached eggs + bacon/haloumi, kids juice & toast, 1x Adult pancakes. 1x Coffee, Banana Smoothie, Kids Milkshake. = $92. See pics on trip advisor for what showed up. PLENTY of places you can go without "add ons" at 5 to 7 dollars a pop.

Every visit to Extraction has been perfect. Alex and team have created an awesome space, and you can't help but enjoy your experience here. Coffee and food are excellent, with a real focus on quality. And with a location just off the highway, it's actually more convenient to come here (without any trafficking concerns) than it is to head towards the CBD. Bravo!!

Specialty coffee in it's prime. Throwing down amazing food from their tiny but mighty, efficiently run commercial kitchen. Multiple extraction methods for that well balanced cup of Joe including espresso, drip and pour overs such as V60 and the shiny Trinity One. Alex the owner is absolute sunshine and a true passionate entrepreneur, with happy-go-lucky manager Danny educating customers (without the perceived elitism that can come with this industry) on quality of cup, tasting notes, origin, roast methods, wash processes and the like. Roasting on site in a tucked away warehouse locale. Hunt down this gem. It's worth it!

Best coffee ive tasted i need to ask for extra hot next time as it was just past warm ,muffin was tasty , cosy place i will be definetly going back again, i never noticed if it had books to read

Each and every time I go to your wonderful establishment I am amazed by the unique tastes and menu items. This place is THE BOMB! I have reccommended it to all my friends. I have the need to go every week ..even for just a coffee and cronut! What else can I say...Im addicted to the place!!
