Great food with great service! The ambience was good and the people were lovely. Would definitely come again if in Goulburn!

We love this place! Great Chinese food at reasonable prices. The food is hot, freshly cooked to order and so very tasty! The accessibility into and around the restaurant is pretty good. BUT (and the reason they didn't get 5 stars) accessibility to the bathroom facilities is lacking for wheelchair users. If you use other mobility aids (walker, crutches, walking stick, etc.) you will probably be ok if the walker is standard width or can fit through a standard doorway. That is my only issue with Emperor's. We will be back again next time we are in Goulburn - as we are every time.

Love going here for the lunch specials. $10 you get a dish off a set list plus fried or boiled rice. Great value, fast service and the food is excellent.

Nice restaurant setting, staffs are attentive. We had lemon chicken, stir fry vegetables, special fried rice and chicken soup. Best lemon chicken and special fried rice ever! I like this restaurant! Just the toilet facility needs some work.
