Ember Pizza

We came on a Thursday and they had an all you can eat pizza for 30$ pp! It was such a great deal the deal includes sides as well. You can also have $8 wine and beer on tap. The pizza were great cooked in a wood fire oven and the toppings were cooked beautifully! The pizza base is not like other places were it’s very crunchy! It’s quite a soft base so if you’re not into those types of pizza then you might not like it! My favourite pizza was probably the mushroom truffle pizza! It goes perfectly with the chilli oil! My partner loved the prawn pizza because it tasted very fresh and the prawn was really good! The customer service was great!

The pizza was alright but the pizza dough wasn't property cooked. Wouldn't come back again.

Get the "Proper good feed". So much food, all of it great. Wine and beer selection is excellent, I'm a big fan of David Franz and they have some of his classics. I'm bursting (in the best way) every time I leave.

Since hearing the news that they’d won a prize for the best pizza in the region, my partner and I decided to go there for our anniversary. Looking at the menu and prices beforehand, we expected pretty amazing service and pizza. Sadly my partners pizza was plain and soggy while my pizza was equally plain, very oily and ashy (so much so that it left me feeling quite ill the next day). The pizzas didn’t leave us satisfied and full either. We left feeling like we could’ve received a better and bigger meal for much less. To their credit the service was professional, the look of the restaurant was nice and clean and the drinks were lovely.

Sensational offerings at Ember Pizza. Great showcase of a specialty pizza experience, truly unique and every bit amazing. Range of starters, side dishes and alternate choices for people with more diverse taste . Impressed with how easily dietary requirements are catered for and consistent delivery of service, quality and value. Beverage list showcases a good range of local beers, wines, fine spirits and much more. Can be busy, loud and a lot of fun.

Lovely look, and a smile at the door. That’s where the positive review stops. Very expensive! $26 for a ham and olive pizza, attempted to add mushrooms, this task was unsuccessful as the waitress was “confused” as we also asked if we could add red onions, however as this was not “on the pizza side of the kitchen” this was not possible. A beautiful pizza oven is not all that is needed when making a great pizza. The base was chewy (not in a sourdough way, but a doughy way) olives were cheep and salty, ham was not “off the bone”, was probably from the Foodland up the road. All in all...yeah no thanks.
