El Jannah

Food is beautiful, plenty of it. Liked the casual, relaxed atmosphere of this restaurant. Definitely nothing fancy but all good, great in fact. If you're in the area and feeling like Lebanese it a Definite must!!

Worst meal I've ever had via menulog. Was missing a whole item, and the rest of the food was stone cold by the time it was delivered. It was a tasteless, poor excuse for Lebanese cuisine. Then when I rang the restaurant to complain they just passed it off and told me to take it up with menulog if I wanted a refund. If it was possible to give a negative rating, I would be happy to bestow it. Never again El Jannah.

Always missing food on delivery call the shop and there just rude un Australian a holes go to Franco’s much better and way nicer

Very well kept! Good seating area both indoors and outdoors. Food quality is good aswell

Never going back to this one. Quality of food has dropped a lot lately. Chips are undercooked, chicken is dry, bread seems old and the list goes on. The one in Penrith is better.

Been a while since I’ve eaten el jannahs. The Blacktown located was pretty busy. They have two indoor areas for seating (pretty casual setting) and also an outdoor area just outside the shopfront. The service was good and the food was made reasonably quickly (considering the long lines). The food was decent, tasted good and all but the sauce was pretty runny and sank to the bottom :(

Love the food and staff at the cashier are always friendly. Staff at the back gives me dirties when I ask for a takeaway container though??? And while they're too busy talking to each other. Smh.

Happy with the food, was good, fresh and finger licking good! Service was fast! Cant go wrong with El Jannah😁

Have ordered from here several times and every time I eat in it’s great however every time I get delivery something is missing and all I am offered is an apology.. can’t eat dry chicken with a side of sorry. It’s not hard to double check an order before sending it off with the driver. Please don’t rush when packing orders, take a few extra seconds to ensure u are not ripping off ur customers

Overall good service... very quick with the orders. Always busy.. which I like. Which means for.me is.food.is.always fresh..
