Very average pho (bit on salty side), service was a bit slow consider it weren’t busy. The braised beef noodle soup was sub par although plenty of meat in it. So 3-star max.
Super location, food is fantastic...great atmosphere for all. Will be back!
waiter took our order, we waited 20-25 min with no food while other tables who came after us all got theirs. we had to ask for the waiters about our order for them to realise they forgot to put it in the system. The boss came up to us questioning if we had ordered after his staff informed him about what had happened? when we clearly told them we’ve been waiting for 20+min. After we told him what we had ordered the boss left with NO apology, for the hour we where there not a single staff had given an apology, not to mention customer service in general was horrible. food was decent however customer service here is a serious problem!
