I was excited to have this new option on my commute. I’m also not a frequent complainer. However, 2 of 3 times I visited the store had issues coordinating with the app —one time they said I couldn’t redeem a drink voucher, another they overcharged me for an item (which has still not been resolved). Both times, an employee told me it was my fault and they couldn’t help me, even though I use the app all the time and these problems were only at that location. The store may also be understaffed, as the employees were surprisingly snippy and I heard folks behind the counter loudly complaining every time I went in.
My husband ordered the avocado toast with bacon. To my surprise I noticed that the bacon was not fully cooked. I stopped my husband from eating it and immediately returned it to show them. Not for another one, or a refund, but to say that you can’t serve pork that is not fully cooked. It can potentially make someone sick. It’s not the server’s fault. Please adjust the temperature / timer on your oven.
As far as Dunkin’(s) go - well, it was fine. I do wish that they had a drive/thru though; would visit far more frequently.

I have no idea how they have a 4.1 rating. Someone at the corporate office or the manager at the store paid for positive reviews. I’ve been stopping there for the past year because it’s literally right next to my house and there isn’t any other Dunkin’ close so I’m stuck with them but they are easily the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to and every customer that goes in there leaves with a complaint about something. They never get any order right. They always forget something in the customers order. They also run out of straws, napkins, apple juice and donuts. That’s not acceptable. The biggest issue is with the customer service. Their staff is a rotating door. There’s a new employee weekly. They can’t keep anyone which says a lot.
Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts! Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts they either have gotten my order wrong, forgotten something on my order, or, like today, inform me that I don’t even have an order that was processed, charged my credit card, and have a receipt for this order. So today the app charge me another $8.28 but the store wouldn’t honor it. This store and its manager needs to be reviewed or evaluated formally as they are definitely taking people’s money and not providing the service that Dunkin’ Donuts is known for. I am DONE with the excuses and the awful customer service. A gentleman just walked out after me claiming that the manager told him that they have no more napkins available. How does an establishment that serves food/drinks NOT HAVE ANY NAPKINS ON A SATURDAY MORNING at 9:30 a.m. I will be formally making a complaint to the Dunkin Donuts corporate office as well.
I love this place! The staff and manager are so friendly! I don't know why this lady that worked there gave a bad review she seems like a psycho! Fast service and friendly employees. I leave a tip every time I go there
The people are nice but this is 4 times that I have had them mess up my coffee. I paid for a Latte this morning but they gave me a reg. coffee with skim milk - not too good.
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts around!!! Employee have no idea what there doing, I waited 15min for one sandwich, not to mention they made all 3 of my coffees wrong!!! They need to hire people that speak and especially understand English!!!!!
