Dined last Saturday...we didn't have a booking...place full as but young Kader went out of here way and created a table for my wife grandson and I...excellent front of house service...food spot on..haven't been for awhile but will be back very soon.

I drive for 30 - 40 minutes every Friday to come down here for a beer. I drive past some really good pubs but this is the best by far. Shelly and Dru are fantastic and really good at making you feel welcome whenever your here.

Long term customer at DD. Had a family lunch there today (5 adults 3 children). Staff great, atmosphere great, 5 of 6 meals great but 300 gm rib fillet was about half that size and ordered medium but cooked beyond well done. V disappointing

Great food and service. I had the beef burger, and I have to say, it completely blew me away! Cooked to perfection and the sauce was delicious. All round, I'd 100% come back if I was a local. Great place, can't really say anything bad about it.

I had the ribs and they where great. The meals came out quickly and the beer was cold. Couldn't ask for more out of a pub.

What a beautiful spot! First time we have visited and the service was 10/10! Special mention to Alison and Mitch who went above and beyond to explain the menu and make our lunch a lovely experience. We will be back, thank you Alison and Mitch!

We're a local young family and our son chose to eat here for his birthday. It was a stress free experience taking three children out for dinner. The playroom is located near some tables so the children could enjoy themselves and we could still see them. Hoppy went above and beyond to make our son's birthday dinner special and it was really appreciated, amazing service. Because of this, our youngest son and daughter have requested to have their birthday dinner here! It's definitely a place we'll visit again for a family meal.

Best steaks on the Gold Coast, cooked to perfection the way I asked. And the service is extremely good , “Happy” the gentleman that seated my wife and I is always happy and helpful, Hence the name lol. Great food , great prices, great vibe , great people. Thanks.
