Went there on a Sat evening at 7:30pm. Oysters all sold out already. Ordered two mains, mediocre. Worst was this cheese platter with the soggy bread on top of wet red cabbage and what seems to be fried Indian papadum from IGA or something. Some dodgy dipping. Worst I’ve had. Bill was $101.50. Total waste of money. Won’t recommend this place. Service was standard so I won’t blame the serving staff. Bad chef. Totally unprepared for a busy Sat evening.
Best fish & chips in Tassie. Lovely take away lunch on this very cold day. Always keep going back to this great place for the perfect service.
Just Love Drift...Always friendly....Great fresh food...Staff great with kids & always provide coloring in papers and pencils for our daughter each time we visit...Dine in or outside...Live music outside most weekends we have been there...Just great kicking back and relaxing with a meal and a bottle of your favorite wine...And all while looking out over the beach/Bay... With play ground for the kids just around the corner cant ask for much more...Great place to spend a summers day...May even head down this weekend again,feeling hungry just thinking about it...
