Delicious food friendly staff loved this place

Quality is too poor , unreasonable pricing, doesn’t do proper packaging in take away. Got an oil puddle in biryani box. Totally off putting.

Very bad first experience. Was super excited to try Dosa Hut but was terribly disappointed. Here is what we ordered and what our thoughts were: 1. Pannipuri - Fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed it. 2. Chef Special 70mm Dosa - did not come 3. Ghee Dosa - did not come 4. Butter chicken - did not come 5. Palak Paneer - did not come 6. Plain roti - did not come 7. Garlic naan - did not come 8. Masala tea - did not come We waited for quite some time (30-45mins). I have 2 young kids and they were hungry and started getting very restless. Waiters kept telling us our food was 5 mins away. A table which came 10 minutes after us got their dosa's and were already tucking it in while my 3 year old daughter looked at them and kept telling me she was hungry. We left to pay, at this point you can imagine how upset we were. Went to the counter and the manager there told us that he was sorry. First was because there were too many customers (which i find hard to believe seeing that the table for two got their meal) then he said that there were issues with the Tandoor over. Now, I am no Indian cuisine chef, but I don't think you need a Tandoor over to cook the Dosas, the butter chicken, the plain roti and the Masala tea! Garlic Naan, yes. Despite what happened and all the apologies which meant nothing to me but lip service, the manager still charged me $10.95 for the Pannipuri. Happy to pay, but this story will be doing its rounds and we are never going back to that dreadful place.

First time I’ve visited the DOSA HUT!! One of the worse restaurants,I’ve ever been in Australia. Lazy staff, staff arguing with each other. We sat down n they served us the water, then we’re ready to order the food, they never came n took the order. Waited for around 25mins,still no waiter came to took the order. They were around 7 customers in the restaurant, not the busiest time. Pathetic pathetic from first impression to the last!! I hope this restaurant learn to have some respect for their customers. Otherwise there would be alot more 0 ratings on the way,if they kept the same behaviour!!

I really appreciate the manager and the staff for reaching out to us and clarified what happened. They really care about their customers and will definitely suggest my friends to come and experience their hospitality. Be the same, be kind and cheerful.

Bad service, food quality down.

Had the goat biryani and a few dosas from here recently. The food quality was really poor. Sambar literally tasted like water and the dosas were soggy. The biryani was pretty average. These guys lack the skill to deliver good food when compared to some of the other dosa hut franchises.
