The complete kids' special occasion venue from start to finish!

We booked a Mega Hosted Princess/Mermaid Party here. From the booking via email to our arrival and departure the service received by Donna and her staff was amazing. We were very happy with everything - the playground, train ride, party set up, party host, cake and the platters ordered. Anyone considering a birthday package it is worth it for the convenience and the service. Thanks for having us for Brooklyns birthday.

Pretty much a standard Indoor play centre. Staff were very nice and friendly and also honest. Loved the massage chairs!

The Dooglebugs team were great, they took all the pressure away and let us enjoy our son's party.

The staff were friendly. The play equipment was clean and well maintained. There was a good variety of equipment for kids under 3's. We really enjoyed the train ride as well.

Absolutely appalling customer service experienced today. Was refused entry to a party without paying for a sibling who was not on the invite list. How is it possible to drop off a young child without entering the area. Staff were rude not just to me but to the children. One staff member caused a 3 year old to cry by demanding she get out of the small children area because she was too big - which she wasn't. I question the Covid safe plan that they have in place as I didn't witness any sanitisation or equipment during my time there and there was so sanitiser available for guests to use. Would not recommend and encourage all families to avoid and make use of the beautiful outdoor play areas available in the area instead!

Kids always have a great time here. So much space and you cant beat the train rides. Favourite playcentre on the Gold Coast. The birthday parties are also really well organised.
