Childhood fav place. Great for 2 dishes: fried rice noodles with beef & don't know the English name but its the noodle soup that you pretty much see everyone having there in the morning. Not a place to go if you value service and atmosphere. Its all about the food here.

Great food at a great price

My family has been dining at Dong Son for as long as we can remember. To this day Dong Son remains one of the oldest and most beloved restaurants in Cabramatta. Dong Son serves Cambodian Chinese cuisines, from a la carte dishes to family meals. Try their famous duck in preserved lemon soup, stir fry intestines in fermented cabbages, deep fry flounder, salt and pepper pork ribs, or just pick a dish from the menu board. (English menu available upon request). The food is delicious. Very quick service. Affordable pricing.

This place won't disappointment you. Salt and pepper squid can't be beaten. The quail is glamma too

Come prepared knowing what you may want to eat and don't expect a fancy restaurant. There are breakfast, lunch or dinner style options available with menus on the wall. This is an institution in Cabramatta and my family always go here for a good, quick feed. If I ever go to cabramatta and want a rice dish with side soup [which I love as much as the main] I come here for their com suon trung, pork chop and rice. My sister normally has their bo luc luc, shaken beef, my mother will have noodles. Everyone has a favourite dish. It's like home cooking and the workers are straight forward just like family and multilingual.

Been coming to Dong Son since for years. Our go to dish is definitely the hu tieu xao aka mee ka tung aka hor fun (combination, beef or seafood) stir fried thick noodles with gravy. It never disappoints. For an extra flavour punch ask them to crack an extra egg and dial up the heat to slightly burn the noodles (this will give the dish an awesome charred smell and taste). Highly recommend this restaurant for a cheap and quick meal (even feels like you’re in asia). Food comes out pretty quick also.

They have an English sharing menu. The food comes out quick, it's fresh and loved by all the locals. You'll hear Vietnamese, Khmer, the main chinese dialects here within 5 minutes of stepping foot inside. Family run business where my family have been coming for over 25+ years. Get the salt and pepper flounder. These 6 dishes with rice for 6 costs 119.

i seriously love good food here. When the family go out to eat asian, we al we always love coming here.
