Domino’s Pizza Knox

very very bad costumer service I have ever had! They are not using masks. And they talking about covid-19 restrictions in the store...Thanks for very bad service pizzas... Didn't let us having the pizza there in this hot weather...

Conveniently located. Ordering online is easy and well priced and I've found their pizza's very nice. My orders have always been on time too.

If only i could put a zero, i had to constantly repeat my order, the waiting time was ridiculous, the icecream was left out and given to me melted and to top it off the pizza only had cheese as topping with a piece of paper type crust!

This was the first pizza joint I've been to that didnt provide a washroom, i also couldnt wash my hands to eat. Which made me feel very uncomfortable. You do provide food ? How does your staff keep up with proper hygiene?

Never had a 'bad' experience. Staff has been slow sometimes. But never rude or inconsiderate. Food has always been good. Delivery wise - they are usually late (between 10-30mins) also have never mucked up an order. Only reason for 4 star, is because they could improve on being more fast paced and on time.

Generally friendly and fast service, even opened the box to make sure I was satisfied with the amount of additional toppings I purchased, which was highly appreciated. Sometimes a bit hit and miss with quality of pizza but overall, this is my favourite Dominos store.

Pretty decent place. I had ordered 7 pizzas online for a 2.15 collection. The order was accurate and was ready for pick up at the time specified. This particular outset has drive through pick up which is especially handy. With the use of a coupon (which are generally fairly easy to find online for Dominos) the 7 pizzas came to just under $40 which was very reasonable. The quality wasn't amazing, but definitely not bad considering what I paid.

Decent pizza and service. But they always forget to add additional toppings I paid for (Ordered Online). Like Peri Peri Sauce on top or no chocolate dipping sauce for brownies. This has happened multiple times.
