THE BEST STEAK I HAVE EVER HAD... And I don't say this lightly... I have steaks weekly and nothing compares to this steak. From the sides of roast potatoes to the green beans... Everything was perfection. Topped off with the best mushroom sauce I have ever had.. Compliments to the chef 👌😍

It's a nice pub, nice ambience, great selection of craft beers, but be aware not all beers are on special during the happy hour. The beers on tap change frequently, and there are always good options. Menu is now specifying what's vegetarian and what can be made vegan, but they could improve it, make an effort to have some vegan options on the specials. Also, be aware that the chips come by default with cheese, which is not a good idea if you can't have dairy. The vegetarian pastas can be made vegan, and they are quite good. Staff is usually very friendly (somedays they aren't in a good mood) and service is good.

Awesome bar with a great selection of craft beers and ciders, friendly staff and comfy chairs. Didn't eat here tonight but definitely will in the future. If you're looking for a great hang out with all the trimmings, this is the place for you! Love it 🤩... Came back to have dinner... the pork parmigiana literally rocked my tastebuds and the tired old chicken parmigiana is now dead to me! If i could give 10 stars out of 5, I would! ❤

I've been going here for years, and the staff are super friendly and it's a chill vibe, which makes it easy to catch up with friends. The food is fantastic! I do miss a few menu items that were dropped after the rebrand though.

Excellent choice of fresh well-kept beers from independent Aussie breweries. Knowledgeable bar staff can help you find a beer to your tastes and are happy to let you sample first. Top quality food, especially the house made pasta. A friendly atmosphere with separate lounge, bar and dining spaces to suite the mood for your group. Live music, quiz nights. No pokies.

Great music, TOP TIP bring your own drinks . Stood at a pretty empty bar last night for 6 minutes only to be consistently ignored -not served - with males arriving right next to me being served straight away. ( never felt more invisible )

Came in with a group of six to order food and drinks. There’s no kids food options on the menu and you have to order via a QR Code so I gave my young child food I brought with me, only to be told we couldn’t have any outside food in the restaurant and we would have to leave while he ate it. Wasn’t very happy sitting on the street with my kid while the rest of our party was in the restaurant. Surely there’s exceptions to every rule? Bit disappointing and definitely would not recommend this place for families.

A bit disappointing I must say. We chose this spot for our work Christmas Party purely based on the amazing photos on the FB & their website. Unfortunately the Taphouse did not deliver. The food was very poorly executed and the quality of meat/chips and salad was low in comparison to what they charge. The only tasty thing were kimchi arancini balls. The salami platter was inedible, so thickly sliced that was unpleasant to eat. Steaks had little to no meat and fish serving was tiny. The promised garden salad was only shredded wombok cabbage. The staff on the other hand was great and extremely attentive. Thanks to their friendliness I am giving 3 stars, as they deserve it for their hard work.
