On entering found it to be very spacious with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly and were eager to assist with a couple of the requests made. The menu has a good range on offer to suit any of your Thai or Indonesian favourites. The drink menu also had quite a bit to choose from. The food came in good time and served up with even more friendly service. The size of both the entree and main meal were more than adequate to fill me up and as for price...was definitely value for what I paid.
Excellent meal that three of us shared, a little mix up with order and we were given a discount for this. Pleasant atmosphere and tasty food.
The food is nice but not as good as the surrounding options in North Hobart. While everything else has been getting better. Dede's has remaind the same for a long time. Some people probably like that.
Such great Thai takeaway ! Best Pad Thai and an excellent Beef Massaman with some excellent portions of meat ! We asked for it mild, and the chef wrote a lovely personalised note to us to say that unfortunately it was part of the curry mix and couldn’t be changed. It was all ok and delicious!!! Thoughtful touches and delicious food make for a great business!! Very grateful to have discovered you !
Staff were lovely and friendly, the food however was terrible. From Entree to main. Have come home feeling very unwell... I'm really sad to say as I've been coming with friends for years
One of the best thai and Indonesian restaurants around. If you are looking for an authentic thai or Indonesian taste go for it. You will love it. The staff members jayne and aigey were soo welcoming and nice. 1000 stars for dede Indonesian and Thai cuisine.
Curry beef is the best curry beef in Hobart!!! Staff are friendly. Highly recommended! Will come again!

Had a lovely meal last visit! Really nice flavors with a lovely about of heat! Noticed the place was very full with people order so many different things. Service wasn't to bad from the waitresses but the foh manager was all over everything and well organised. Looking forward to going again shortly! Definitely a place to goto a few times a year!
