We chose the bacon, eggs & coffee special from the board and it was more than adequate. Staff were friendly and efficient. We wondered whether serving plates could bevpre-warmed to ensure food stays hot.
Breakfast was a shambles. Meals were cold, bacon limp and undercooked. Every change to the menu came with a $ charge and the breakfast menu was overpriced for the size of the meals. It wasn’t just the mediocre meals , service needs a good overhaul. Give this restaurant a miss for breakfast !

Staff are excellent, food is very ordinary. Had French toast and it was very bland and "eggy" flavoured. Coffee was Lavazza, which is average at best.

There is a full breakfast and lunch menu with specials available. You can also choose a freshly baked cake or sweet from our cakes cabinet. De Ja Vu has outside dining overlooking Mooloolaba’s beautiful beach and ocean.
