I'm deadly allergic to seafood like a lot of people are, I ordered a chicken noodle box and specifically told them to keep any traces of seafood away because I'm deadly allergic. I told her 3 times and the woman said she understood. She then proceeded to make my box next to the previous orders box which was a prawn noodle box, she grabbed the prawns for the guys box with the tongs and then went and grabbed my chicken with the same tongs without washing them, (they were dripping with prawn juice) therefore contaminating their entire camboro of chicken with prawns. If I hadn't watched her make it I would have been put in hospital. My girlfriend enjoyed her meal apparently but I wouldn't know unfortunately. Very sad to see such poor food handling in this era of strictness on food preparation in the industry .update. Went in 2 more times and there were prawns litterally in the salads and chicken that they used for my food. Will be making a complaint to health inspector.

Really good char kway teow (harder to find than you'd think), very tasty, not gluggy. Friendly service too. I'll be back.

Dirty hole i was the onky one in there sat down dave hot box no flavour at all and smallest portion ever i gave all the time in launceston and lovely and actuall to much. The was 3 members of staff talking laughing so loud the tables were dirty rhe wall the stainless steel why could they not clean this is a build up of being lazy

Fast service hot and fresh tasting noodles, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some healthy takeaway food!
