Darwin Military Museum

Nice big museum with a great range of exhibits.

It was full of of interesting information about the bombing of Darwin by the Japanese during world war ii and the expiration items was amazing

East Point reserve has so much natural beauty and provides a depth of ornamental history. Spent many of occasions down there as a youth.

Really cool tour. You can tell the staff take great care in the displays.

Very good history lesson. Great for kids.

Love going here when I visit Darwin. Really great piece of history and a fantastic collection of guns, vehicles, etc. Check out the giant coastal gun. Amazing!

This museum is so tastefully organised. It was a pleasure to walk about and read all of the exhibits. The special movie room was excellent. Explanation very clear and easy to understand. The Vietnam War section was small, but definitely worth a visit as too all of the other outside exhibitions. One complaint. It was two o'clock and we couldn't buy food! They had sold out...was told by the staff that they 'normally run out of food at 1pm' There's no buses to this museum. It's out of the way. So organise your transport. We caught a taxi.
