Shop 6 629 Wynnum Rd Morningside 4170, Brisbane
Curries start from $25, soft drinks around $5. Casual street restaurant with fancy fine dining restaurant prices.
Curries were fairly good, but had to wait 75 minutes for take-away, and upon arriving home was surprised to see the three veggie curries were chicken and lamb. Probably better to go when they are not busy.
Used to be good but it's gone downhill and is lving on past glories now. Took my parents here about 1.5 years ago (they were visitng from Scotland) for a treat and my mum wanted a tiki masala but done very mild . The waiter refused saying that the chef didn't want to because he doesn't like changing his recipe. My mum had recently recovered from bowel cancer, and had a large operation and can no longer tolerate spicy food (only mild) . We were about to walk out but they did eventually agree to the request after another 'chat' with the chef. The curries were very very oily and the nans were dry and overdone (almost like they were pre cooked and then heated up) . They used to do a great puffy thick nan here but as I say it's gone downhill. Place is very inflexible to customer dietary requirements. Have to say this would be rated a 1/5 restaurant in the Scotland or other parts of the UK where the curries are simply light years ahead.
Guys your food is great but answer your phone
Fantastic prawn curry, crazy nann and vege somasas is perfect meal for 2. Been eating here weekly for years. Best indian food in brisbane.
We dined here for a family birthday dinner - 6 different meals and everyone loved their choices - absolutely delicious food including the rice. Well presented and served hot. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Indian food. Attentive staff even as the takeaways were flying out the door. The Best Indian Restaurant we have been to for a long long time!
Delicious. Substantially more flavour than other Indian restaurants.Friendly. Will go back.
The best curry in town - do yourself a favor and drop in this establishment
Sometimes get takeaway curries from curryville generally good.
Iβve been to curryville that many times Iβve lost count and was by far my favourite Indian restaurant in Brisbane. Last night I got takeaway and it was the biggest disappointment. The food was super runny and the chicken was really dry, not what it is usually like. The naan felt like it was days old and overall itβs something Iβd not go back too. Just hope they pick their game up.
