Currumbin RSL

I dined at Alleys restaurant on Sunday evening. It is has become my regular "go to place." On Sunday I had the roast of the day, in this case beef. I also ordered a soda lime and bitters with extra bitters. Everything arrived after about a 5 minute wait. The beef was cooked to perfection, the vegetables were well cooked and tasty. I find that with some restaurants that the vegetables are almost raw. Not with Alleys. They are always well cooked but not over cooked. My drink was exactly as I ordered with extra bitters. I do like it when the staff listen to what you order and remember exactly what was asked for. The staff at Alleys are always courteous and well mannered. I am greeted by name, as and at some stage throughout the meal someone always comes and asked was everything OK. They also ask if there is anything else they can help with. I find this approach to be both courteous and professional. I guess that it why I dine there at least once or twice a week. Alleys is also very good value. The roast and the drink was $20. Seriously, I could not make it at home for less than that and no dishes to do. I recommend Alleys for any occasion that requires good food and service, at very reasonable prices, together with attentive and professional staff. I shall be there again on Thursday evening. It is steak night. Their butcher definitely knows his stuff. As I said it has become my "Go To Place". 10 out of 10 all round.

Picturesque location by the creek, sat out on the terrace. Service quick and meals - lamb shank, calamari & steaks - tasty, steaks cooked as requested med- rare. Dining area light and airy.

Some friends regularly catch up for coffees and lunch. Currumbin RSL is one of our favourite places to meet. The staff and meals are terrific, and we also enjoy a wine or cocktail on our visits. Love how the renovations have turned out as well! We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Anzac Day participant and what a warm welcome it was. The amount of effort that was put into making this such a special day is admirable. A large turn out supported by the team at Currumbin RSL . The service and smiles the staff provide is to be applauded. Kind, caring, and welcoming. I would love nothing more than to be a member of this club for the rest of my life. Thank you for your hospitality.

A beautiful spot to enjoy the late afternoon Gold Coast winter sunshine. Delicious food, great cocktails and perfect location for the kids too. Highly recommend.

Our dining experience for a lunchtime occasion was most positive. The relaxed riverside ambience was perfect for an Autumn day, decor was elegant and tables well spaced. Food selection was wide and varied and tasty. One of our party was wheelchair bound and staff were very helpful and caring. Wonderful location and memorable afternoon.

Booke on the deck for a Saturday get together before a friend departs to Sydney. The setting was relaxing, the music mellow and not too loud to still chat. The young staff were very pleasant and helped me with the menu app, and all of us had tasty delicious food.... mine being the salmon poke' bowl.
