Crustaceans

The entrees were great. The mains were satisfactory to good standard. Grilled fish was excellent. The service varied greatly. Staff need explicit training. Where were the table cloths and glass drinking glasses? We will recommend Crustaceans, but not for fine dining.

Beautiful food, spectacular views and lovely breezes. After a very disappointing experience at Seafood on Cullen's least night, it was lovely to eat here tonight. Is lovely to end our trip to Darwin on a high. Will highly recommend

We were chasing something different this evening. We called ahead to see if there are free tables and we were advised over the phone to just drop in. When we arrived we were greeted by the front of house guy who asked if we had a booking, and I explained we had just called 10 mins ago. Seeing they were quite busy I asked if we could order, to be told in quite a short and curt manner they we should be patient and wait as they are very busy. Hmm. He might need a reminder or refresher about customer service. We ordered the grilled seafood tower to share for two. It was amazing. The scallops were simply divine.

Food was great, view was stunning. However, we had a booking for 6:30 and our orders were not taken for an hour. We finally received our food at 9pm. An hour and a half wait. The service was poor and the waiters overlooked many customers needs, neglecting to even follow up our drink orders throughout the night (we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks.) Quite disappointing. When we spoke to staff about this, initially we received many excuses. We received a discount and an apology when we paid at 9:30 which was positive. I hope this service was simply due to holiday demands, otherwise they have a lot to improve.

We came here as a group and all ordered different meals . We shared a garlic bread for starters and I had the seafood platter for 1 and really enjoyed it . It was really nice sitting at the end of the wharf and enjoy a meal with friend's over a couple of beverages . There was a gentle sea breeze and lightning in the distance and a very picturesque back drop . I would recommend a reservation as I think we were lucky to get a table

Drink orders were a bit slow, but the meal once ordered were out very quickly and the portion sizes were generous. The deluxe seafood plater for 2 is only to be attempted by the extra hungry. It was huge!!

Ok meals. Bit overpriced for the quality. Local Barra was great as were the bugs. Bottles of wine were overpriced. Average of all places we went in Darwin
