Loved it! Great service and friendly staff. Coffee was spot on and the crepes are perfect

Food was okay. Staff was alarmingly rude. I waited 20 minutes after ordering my coffee and crepe to go up to the counter and ask about my coffee and if they forgot. I didn’t even mention the crepe. In a very rude and flustered tone the staff said that it was just her and the other staff had just arrived and the food would come when it comes. I then waited 10 more minutes. I watched people who came in after me get their coffee. Finally when she brought my crepe I asked about my coffee. She got angry again and said, ‘Well didn’t you get it?’ I said no. Then she looked around and said. ‘Well did you even order one’. I said yes and it must have been forgotten. She just walked away saying it must be coming. A few minutes later the other lady brought my coffee. She gave me a smile and seemed sweet. A simple sorry and a bit of politeness from the girl in charge would have fixed the whole situation. I haven’t experienced such rudeness in Australia. I had ordered the goat cheese crepe and it came with mostly regular cheese and then a bit of goat cheese on the side. It was fine but the menu should clarify that the crepe includes the regular cheese. Everywhere else I have been if you order a goat cheese crepe it is goat cheese. The food and coffee were perfectly fine. The communication and customer service was absolutely atrocious.

The food was great. I’m not a crepe fan but they were large and tasty packed full of said ingredients. The place is a quaint establishment with different seating options and a large takeaway queue when we were there but we didn’t have to wait long for the food. With our desert crepe, bought for the kids, the wrong crepes were brought out. This and the fact that the large coffees were actually Smalls but not realised until size of cups were compared at the end took it from 4 star start to 3 stars :(

Crepes are mediocre but service is friendly. The main problem is that it seems very poorly managed. They were missing ingredients, from the crepes even smoothies. Why isn't the manager managing the stock onhand? The staff made multiple mistakes with orders for almost every table. Forgetting coffees, mixing up orders giving takeaway coffee to dine in and vice versa. This could be a great place, if it were better managed. The supervisor/manager/owner who ever was in charge needs to learn how to manage staff, customers and orders.

Classic crepes and galettes at a fair price. Convenient location in The Rocks, pleasant staff. Not a lot of seating but pleasant place.

The place was quaint and welcoming. Atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. Staff were extremely friendly. The crepes were excellent. I would highly recommend this place

Lovely French creperie in the Rocks, with sweet and savoury crepes. Friendly service and great coffee too. (Soo much better than that other pancake place)

Musical chairs at the Creperie Suzette Restaurant. In the course of approx 1 hour which included waiting time for orders, our small party of 3 adults and a child were moved from 1. a table outside 2. to a table for two inside the resturaunt, 3. through a back door of the resturaunt to the foyer of an adjacent hotel lobby 4. to finally a couple of tables in the 'bar' of the hotel looking at a brick wall! It would have been a challenging task for Basil to top in Fawlty Towers. All for 4 crepes 2 orange drinks and two coffees. Really! Please lift your game. It was a horrible experience.

Quaint little place doing decent coffee and crepes in the Rocks. The Nutella crepe was excellent! Decor has a great rustic vibe.
