101/21 Alberta Street 2000, Sydney
nice aesthetic matcha place, the only downside is that the limited seats are not comfortable, the food were okay
Nice little cafe for matcha lovers !
Best Japanese matcha and dessert place in Sydney. Cakes are not overly sweet and drinks are nice too. Iβve been here many times during the past few years, and every visit was enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Although this place is located in a quiet alley, it was well patronized. No wonder, as the food was really good. The matcha tart was one of the best I have ever had! It was so full of matcha flavour, yet not heavy.
Love the matcha swiss roll. It has a strong matcha flavour and the sponge + cake is light. The salmon sandwich was okay, a bit too salty for me. Great place overall!
im always looking fr some good matcha wherever i go and im so glad i found this hidden gem! the cafe literally has no sign so make sure you keep your eyes peeled as youβre approaching unless youβre travelling by bus itβs actually just right infront of the stop. had the matcha latte and swiss roll and they both taste amazing. absolutely love the touch of bitterness. will definitely return again whenever i need to get my matcha cravings fixed:)
Authentic Japanese Cafe in a hidden laneway. The Matcha and Houjicha Latte was sensational π₯°β€οΈπ the Swiss rolls are also incredible!!! $7.50 for the lattes. $9 for the Swiss rolls- fluffy creamy and not too sweet- tea flavour is super strong. Price is premium but great quality ππ»
The matcha muffin is so unassuming and delicious! Its crispy outside and soft inside, there's cream cheese and redbean in there too The matcha latte is flavourful and yummy!
The best hojicha latte in Sydney, must try if you are s tea lover! We ordered the matcha chiffon cake too, it was absolutely delicious!
π Matcha π΅ latte and desserts (tried Swiss roll and Tart). Felt the matcha latte was purposely made less sweet so it goes very well with matcha desserts and allow to taste the matcha flavor in each (unlike Starbucksβs over sweeten matcha latte which itself is kind of a dessert π ) Also, very impressed with their take away containers - fully made of paper, and good quality one, including the cover of the benton box and the cover of the cup. πππ The store is right at the corner of Harris St and Allan St, but easy to miss it because there is no sign outsideβ¦ π Glade I found it through words of mouth and it will be a sweet treats place to go to in the future. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ π 2nd visit in store, tried Matcha fondant and muffin! really like the fondant! However, wonder if the Matcha flavour will stand out more if the cake base is matcha or vanilla cake instead of chocolate πβ¦ The matcha ice cream is really nice. Muffin is a bit too big and filling even for 2 to share as it is very rich filled with red beans and cheese (?) Again, great Matcha latte, not too sweet so just great company to the desserts.
