Why are smokers allowed to keep smoking in no smoking areas.? Smokers outside Priceline this morning.

It's the same everywhere. It says no SMOKING 🚬 and they all still smoking there in the walking ways. I'm a non smoker from 4 yrs ago. They should not be aloud to smoke were there's no 🚬 at all. There getting very bad at this. My daughter is an Asthma she has an asthma attack wen she walks past people that smoke along the shops. And we're there not to be there. Something must be done. ASAP THANKS
