Very organized

The place is good but could be better if it was better connected internally like Epping Plaza. The concept of four quadrant is neither good for the retailers nor for the shoppers, lot of businesses struggling because of the format. Super markets are always going to be busy, it's the smaller stores that benefit from better accessibility. Revamp of the Central is very much required, scrap the parking strip in the middle - connect the quadrants with transparent roof and this place will have more foot traffic even on rainy days!

This is the most convenient shopping and exploring option in Craigieburn. With Everything from Grocery shopping, to apparel, to food, electronics, Gaming Zone and Cinema! If you’re new to Craigieburn, this is the place where you’ll get whatever you need to settle in!

Pretty good shopping centre, really impressed with the coffee cup recycling units in the walkways. Should be more of them everywhere. Well done.

Almost awesome. But the indoor/outdoor layout, and having to go out into the wind and rain between buildings in winter is a nuisance. If they could close in the corridors a little more to cater for Melbourne's unpredictable weather, I think they'd be a lot better off.

Lots of good shops and restaurants. Ample parking spaces.

The shops are good but the shopping experience is quite ordinary. We're in the middle of a pandemic and the number of shoppers not wearing masks is the highest ratio I've seen in Melbourne. I guestimate at least half to 70% of the people I see there don't bother with masks. Even Broadmeadows is marginally better. Go to somewhere like Airport West if you want to shop safely where at least 80% of shoppers are wearing masks during mandatory mask periods.

Never had a problem going shopping here. Quick and convenient with all the stores that you need for daily essentials/goods. They have a good selection of restaurants ranging from Middle Eastern to Asian cuisines. Overall a good experience at this joint 👍🏼
