After being ignored for nearly 10 minutes and watching staff walk around doing nothing but duck out the back of the shop, my kids ordered 2 x medium death by chocolates and 1x kiddies unicorn. $29.50 are you f..king kidding me!! Disgusting. What an absolute rip off. Won’t be going back ever.
The 3 flavours of ice cream I had was very bland and lacking in flavour
Clean and tidy shop. Staff were freindly and helpful. Enjoyed our Ice Creams. Would go there again.

The girl working tonight was extremely rude, we came up to order and she didn’t even acknowledge us for about 6-7 minutes, and when she acknowledged us she looked at us blankly and said “do you guys know what you want yet” not even a “hi how are you, how can I help you” I’ve never had a problem with this cold rock before everyone has always been really friendly. I get it’s work and she probably doesn’t want to be there but you need to treat your customers nicely
