Chocolateria San Churro

Tried their ice latte, they shortchanged me but didn't realise until I got back. Average, and the churros are nice but definitely not worth the price. They used to have a birthday deal which was a nice promotion to keep the customers but they no longer have that.

Service is slow, and waiters unsure where to bring the orders.

Missing things in orders too many times. Tonight completely missed a Frappe. Just annoying.

Very good decor and layout. And, of course, the Churros are AMAZING. Ditto, the hot chocolate. A really SWEET place 🍫🍪 ☕

Great coffee and churros but pricey

Staff is good. Lots of room to sit and catch up. 4/5 because the place is unnecessarily huge and every time I go it feels a bit odd. Everything is great except could use a more lively atmosphere. Thanks!

Large seating area inside and outside , nice coffee and best milkshakes great chocolates. Located in the Ozone area of Westfield Knox this is the place to pig out on sweets.

waited 10min to get served at front desk, staff looked at me multiple times and ignored me

Didn't like the taste, long wait etc, but ambience was good. Thick shakes from domino's tastes better, at a fraction of the cost.

The service was beautiful, food was great and everything was clean and felt really under control. We’ve been here many times and it’s been chaotic, messy and the service was incredibly slow. There has been a massive improvement here and it’s wonderful to see.

we were here when was very busy and most people were not in masks that's didn't stop us eating here, unfortunately ordering some churros, a ice chocolate, hot chocolate and ice coffee none came with a spoon. how can we stir our drinks?? especially the ice chocolate. and also no tissues were offer to us only placed under the churros we had which was a bit dirty due to the churros place on top of it. and notice the table wasn't wipe down for us. besides this it was not bad night for us. just disappointed that the Southland and Chadstone site had close so we had to travel here for it.
