Chatkazz Sweets & Namkeen

Well, the range of sweets is excellent. But you no one wants to eat saggy and no fresh food. Some of their sweets are really fresh but not all.

The pastry being sold isnt fresh as the same pastry freshly made is sold at the restaurant for .50 cents more.

This indian sweet place is so good. Love to get box full of the sweets. Definitely recommend Chatkazz.

Poor customer satisfaction. Staff is full shameless. After doing mistakes in serving food, they didn’t apologised. This place is not good for families. Better plan somewhere or keep an eye on the staff. Guy standing at the bill counter said”OH YES HUMARI VEJEH SE APKA FAMILY FUN SPOIL HO GAYA”. and ask to pay the bill for those extra items which i didnot get in my order. Person who was serving food, forgot to bring our entire ordered food. Submitted complaint letter note but no action no apology. Left Facebook review, still not resolved.

I used to love this restaurant before. But I don't like the quality now. Although there are many Indian streetfood option available.

Simply the best am not sure why they gave you negative review guys.

Worst customer service , sweets are good but staff is totally shameless.

when I want to eat some barfi, I would like to taste the key ingredient(besan/kaju etc) and not just bloody SUGAR!! What are you guys thinking? There is more to Indian sweets than just sugar, please go retrain!

Whenever going to Harris Park can’t leave without getting some colorful delicious Indians sweets everytime 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Have been regularly going to this place for almost two years. Never faced any issues with quality of sweets but every single time had to face rude staff behavior. Very unprofessional and rude staff on the counter.
