Was beyond the expectations. The sweet Had no quality and taste so bad not cooked well enough.. waste of time and money...

Super helpful staff. I wasn't sure what I wanted and the young woman behind the counter was very descriptive and went through the items with me. She helped be choose a medium size box with all different options and flavours. I loved the variety and the range that they had. To get a kilo of sweets it about $30. The medium size box is about 500 grams. Worth every penny!

Unhelpful, rude staff and sweet not good .No quality in sweet. Waste of money by buying there

I hadn’t tried Indian sweets before but they looked so good sitting there in the glass cabinet I couldn’t just walk past them. I got a selection based on the service attendant’s recommendations and I was not disappointed. They were all so delicious I couldn’t even choose a favourite.

Bought Besan ladoo last week. Besan not fully roasted.

Said that I love their sweets just say nothing. I simply adore them. Staff are friendly and helps all the time. It’s especially important if you have never tried Indian sweets like me when I just came to the Chatcazz. Plus food are fresh all the time.

Last night the shop was jam packed with a line outside and no social distancing at all. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Staff weren't helping direct people to distance and weren't monitoring numbers squashed inside. I checked sign to see maximum allowable people inside and there was none. NO STAFF WEARING MASKS. Then the lady I spoke to had her chin on the counter with large trays of sweets resting right in front of her mouth as she spoke into it. Disgusting!

got two kilo sweets mixed found sweets had dryness and sourness in it. Lacked freshness,undercooked not happy. Staff unhelpful

Terrible experience, visited for the first time today the sweets I purchased was just terrible. Was not fresh at all. And moreover that BESAN burfi was actually not besan burfi it tasted very stale and awful... Not to visit again.

Bessan burffi was very awfull in taste ,if u are charging money for quality then give the quality.
